A Mixed Bag Experience

I spent one night in a King Room and felt it needed maintenance. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had issues. On a positive note, the staff, especially Nikki, was friendly and helpful. Look out for local dining options for better meals nearby.

The room was decent with comfy beds, which is always a plus! It had a refrigerator and microwave, so that’s cool for snacking. But the carpet felt kinda dirty, and the overall vibe was a bit musty. The sheets weren't exactly clean either, which was a letdown. So, it's a mixed bag for sure.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. Although the room needed some repairs and the breakfast choices were quite limited, it was a reasonably priced stay. The updates in the common areas were a nice touch, but the dark surroundings and old carpets were noticeable.

Our family of four had a wonderful three-night stay! The indoor pool was perfect for the kids and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but we still plan to come back soon! 🏊‍♂️

The outdoor entrance was littered with garbage and cigarette butts, giving an unwelcoming first impression. The small pool was unsafe, with a loose wall light, leading to concerns about my children's safety. Inside the room, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and we found two fridges, but only one was functional and it froze our food.

i had a great two-night stay here with my family. the staff was friendly and super helpful, making our experience pleasant. my kids loved the comfortable room with clean beds and a fridge for snacks.

the indoor pool was fantastic, and the fitness center offered a great way to work out. it's also conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand during our stay.

Had an awesome time here with my friends! We loved visiting the Grand Haven State Park and took a fun trip to the Lake Express Ferry Terminal. The location was a huge plus for our plans. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was nice having a microwave and refrigerator for snacks.

One downside was the breakfast area could use some cleaning, and food options were pretty limited. The comfort of our stay was not impacted too much by these issues.

Would be happy to recommend for a two-day stay.
